B-BS Training Courses
The B-BS Training courses and seminars are optimal for many kinds of individual figures (such as managers; team leaders; shift supervisors) and industries (metal, food, medical, chemical, shipbuilding, etc.).
Seminars consist of traditional lectures and, if the course lasts more than one day, workshops; case analysis; practical exercitations about developing and using checklists; rôle playing for the acquisition of specific abilities (such as conducting meetings on safety). All the participants will receive operative patterns and example checklists.
The seminars can be both planned as enterprise courses or inter-enterprise courses. Their organization is explained in details in each course page.
We offer
- Safety-Day on behavioral safety (1; 2 or 4 hours);
- Introductory course to the B-BS (8 or 16 hours, in consecutive days);
- Leadership and Behavior-Based Safety (From 4 to 8 hours);
- Extended course on Behavior-Based Safety (5 days + 1-day assessment).
